Greetings fellow beer travelers !

Just joined today. I am a 10 year home brewer living in Oregon, Wisconsin (just south of Madison).

I brew 20 gallon all grain batches on a B3-2000 from Beer, Beer, More Beer. (morebeer.com). I bought it about 7 years ago and love it.

I'm a hophead and like to brew IPAs in the 1.050 to 1.060 range at around 55-65 IBUs.

Among my favorite commercially brewed beers are, (you guessed it) Three Floyd's Alpha King, Victory Hop Devil and Tyranena Bitter Woman.

Ok, now that you know my "beersonality", I have a question. What's the best board to post troubleshooting questions? I've been getting a stale beer smell at the bottom of my glass that I attribute to oxidation, and want some advice.

Thanks

Probably the all grain section.
The more info about your techniques, brew schedule, temps, times, storage ingredients etc. The better the chance of concise answers.

and.......

WELCOME.

Mmmmmm, Alpha King. I have one in the fridge waiting for me to come home from work. Oh, welcome. While I'm still a brewing noob, I am confident some one here will be able to figure out your problem. Stop by any time for a brew.

I love Three Floyd's beers, luckily my inlaws live not 30 minutes from the brewery!
