I'm signing in from Kansas City, MO. I've been stalking the site for the last few weeks, finding out as much as I can about brewing. Some friends and I brewed our first batch about five weeks ago (a PM Chocolate Milk Stout). I just popped the first bottle yesterday and was very pleased with how it turned out. It's a little green, yet, but I'm pretty proud of it.
