I just finished off the last of my Double Alt that I pitched with this strain and it was a hit. Great attenuation and resulted in a clear beer with no fruity esters as I fermented it in the low 60s. Anyone else play with it? I was considering using a kolsch yeast for the next batch but it was just so damn good!
