Isn't that just another name for sorghum?

Yes milo is a name for “grain” sorghum. It is harvested similar to wheat in the fall and usually only the grain portion of the plant is used. There is also “forage” sorghum that can grow 6-10’ tall and is used for livestock feed. The whole plant is usually either baled and fed as hay or chopped when still green and ensiled like corn silage.

Just curious about this.
