please bare with me I have no home brew experience outside of soda I have been naturally carbonating Root beer for a month or so now. I'm wondering if anyone has any input on using liquid ale yeast? I seem to have a more sediment in the bottom of the 16oz ez tops I use. All the recipes I have used say to mix the dry yeast into the wort when its tepid or around 80 degrees. I'm wondering if rehydrating the yeast or using liquid yeast my help with the layer at the bottom.

Doing a starter might help. Though I feel like I would use more sugar building the starter than I add to the bottle.
