Harvesting yeast.

Alright i have successfully harvested yeast several times.
This time i do it i get beer on top, maybe a very thin layer of yeast then i believe trub.
I pour off the beer and shake it up. This pic shows what I'm left with. I've never seen beer on the bottom. I don't know if this is foamy yeast on the top then beer then some trub? Im a bit confused.

And yes thats a pepsi bottle and yes i cleaned and sanitized it.

Refrigerate it and see what happens. The yeast will store better if you leave the beer in the solution.

It was in the fridge i pulled it out earlier before i poured off the beer. Ill put it back though.
It is also a saison yeast if that helps.
