Harvesting Conan yeast from fermenter

This weekend I racked my Citra IPA to secondary for dry hopping. I used Conan yeast for the fermentation and I wanted to harvest it from my fermenter. I added sterile water to the fermenter and split between 5 jars. I was just wondering which layer is the Conan and which is the trub. After letting it sit overnight in the fridge, the bottom layer appears to be a little more gritty, so I'm guessing the darker layer above the bottom layer is my yeast?
