hello from utah. I've been Picking through this site for months now and have gained tons of info. I have only been brewing for less than a year now and am strongly addicted to the hobby. I am an extract/ mini mash brewer but want to move to all grain asap and I know this is the site to gain the knowledge to do so. I want to say thanks to everyone on here for sharing what they know and making it possible for noobs like me to enjoy good homebrew.
