I'm trying out the German grown version and will document my brew experience here.

Approximately 5gal/20L end of boil

88% WEY Pale Ale
10% WEY Wheat
2% WEY CaraRed

40 IBU CTZ at 60
15 IBU H. Am at 15
4 IBU (60g) H. Am for 20min hopstand

60g dry hop loose in FV on day 3

Interested to see how it turns out. If you want the best expression of the hops I’d wait until after fermentation is done.
 
I just tasted the FFT wort (maybe not totally representative) and got a very pleasant orange flavour. And a spicyness
The main batch will be dry hopped, probably tonight.
 
So I was in a rush and only dry hopped it for two days before crashing it. Not bad for 6 days grain to glass.

First, this is a good grist!

Second, I and my friend get moderate citrus (orange) and stone fruit (nectarine/peach).


Totally recommend this hop. Really nice.
