Not a full gratzer as it uses pilsener, but excellent, bright, smokey. I used my own smoked wheat. Used Kveik because I had to ferment a bit warm due to my fridge being full. Batch size was 2.5 gallons, not 5

Ingredients:

1 lbs 8.0 oz Pale Malt (2 Row) US (2.0 SRM)
1 lbs 8.0 oz Smoked Wheat (2.5 SRM)
0.50 oz Wakatu (Hallertau Aroma) [7.50 %]
1.0 pkg Kveik (Omega #)
