Thanks to all for your warm welcome! Yeah RM, the wife and I are pretty thirsty folks. have done an APA that will become our house standard, our own take on a continuously-hopped IPA in the Dogfish Head spirit, and an English Red. Planning to do Centennial Blonde--or some modified version--next. Doing Partial Mash currently; need a bigger kettle, but get good efficiency for 5 gal batch right on my stove, so I'm lucky.
