Hello fellow homebrewers, winemakers and enthusiasts! Hope i'm doing this right...Just wanted to introduce myself. Have finally joined your community after getting three batches of beer under my belt and determined that this hobby is, in fact, for me. :) thanks for all the excellent info and assistance this far; I hope I can be as encouraging and helpful as you have been for me. Cheers!

You must have a huge bladder if you have 3 batched under your belt. :p

Welcome to the forum. I've found so much information and such a welcoming batch of brewers here myself. Enjoy and learn the craft.

Thanks to all for your warm welcome! Yeah RM, the wife and I are pretty thirsty folks. :) have done an APA that will become our house standard, our own take on a continuously-hopped IPA in the Dogfish Head spirit, and an English Red. Planning to do Centennial Blonde--or some modified version--next. Doing Partial Mash currently; need a bigger kettle, but get good efficiency for 5 gal batch right on my stove, so I'm lucky.
