SO! I've been brewing on and off for a little bit, and am now planning on actually starting up my own business. I'm looking forward to collaborating with, communicating with, troubleshooting, etc and networking with y'alls.

Would be interested to hear about your experiences with getting the necessary licenses and permits, getting the hygiene rating etc etc and all that.

Not because I plan on doing it, I only produce for myself and my friends and don't sell, but I'm curious to hear the experience of someone who does, and I'm pretty sure others here would too.

oh I'll absolutely keep everyone updated on the experiences, right now I'm still VERY much in the "so, how do I make this viable?" stage.
