Hey everyone, my name's Matt and I'm just starting to homebrew some beer. I'm in beautifull Upstate NY. I am looking forward to a good experience. I'm currently rounding up all the supplies for my first brew, a Red Ale. Should have everything by tomorrow. Folks on this forum seem to be helpfull and pleasant, so I look forward to everyone answering my questions. Heck, maybe I can answer someone's!
Cheers!
Matt

Thanks!
Is it just me or does everyone suddently get thirsty when doing anything related to homebrewing? I was just cleaning some bottles and felt like having a beer! It was 10 in the morning! Oh well, I need more bottles anyways...

Yeah, I sometimes wait until that late in the day to start drinking too. :D

In March? I think you've probably had more than one. :D :D

Heck ya in March! Snow crested on rolling hills with farmhouses dotting the landscape...

The only thing is I have to leave the convertible top up or else freeze my ears off!

Hey I'm brewing my first wort right now! The house smells delicious.
