Hello home brew talk! I have been poking around on this site for a while now and since several google searches led me to this website (and I found my answers here) I decided this would be worth joining. I started my first batch of beer and just bottled yesterday. I started making my own beer because I am on a gluten free diet and found the gluten free options of commercial beer to be over priced and a poor selection (if they even have some) so I made a batch using sorghum. Tastes ok for what it is but it isn't quite perfect
With that said I am glad there is this resource and I hope you all are having as much fun as I am with fermenting adventures.
