Just wanted to introduce myself.
My foray into the world of Homebrew caused me to find this forum. My very first batch in in primary right now and I have been hypnotized by the storm of yeast activity in the carbouy. Fascinating.
Looking forward to many more and swapping lots of stories and advice here.
