I've been lurking here long enough... great forum!!

Brewing since 1997, first batch ever was a nut brown. It was absolutely terrible.

Here's where I am today.

Put this monster together over Memorial Day weekend. Ran only one batch through so far.

I really need bigger fermenters... the missing airlock was on the other side of the room!!
