Just found this forum while searching for a new recipe and thought I'd join.
I've been homebrewing off and on for about 25 years. I'm an extract/mini-mash brewer, but would like to move up to full-grain brewing. I'm fond of English style ales such as IPA's and am searching for a good lager recipe such as a Sam Adams clone. I'm sure there have been a number of threads on SA, so I'll do some searching and see what I can find.
As I write this, I have a batch of crystal, victory and Munich grains mashing in my mini-masher in prep for a morning of cooking up a batch of IPA, so have to go for now to get things ready for sparging.
Looking forward to learning here and refining my beer.
Prost!
