Just became a member and have had an interest in brewing for a few years now. Just didn't start gathering the equipment to do it myself at home until recently... I've made a few batches with a friend of mine which was good for some hands on learning on the how to.
I find some of the kinds of beer i like to drink are Guinness for a nice stout, or a thick oatmeal stout. I like brown ale like Newcastle, or Boddingtons Pub Ale. Also enjoy some of Rogue's microbrewery puts out, Dead Guy Ale, Russian Imperial Stout. I also enjoy Pabst Blue Ribbon. So i have a wide variety on what i like, so it should be an interesting adventure tryin to make my own.
Other than that, i am a musician, I play 7 instruments (guitar, bass, upright bass, mandolin, lapsteel, drums, and keyboards) I am in two bands, but one i am the only one in the band, i just play, write, and record all the tracks... Swamp City Rebels is the band name. Google it if you like... Hope everyone is having a great one
