Howdy,
I just started brewing partial grain/extract kits on April 16th. So far I have done 3 -5 gal. batches and am brewing another batch today.

I'm a furniture builder by proffesion, and also have 8 purebred Siberian Husky sled dogs that I run as a dogsled team. During the winter months, I have a part time job running guided dogsled tours into the northern MN wilderness.

I started brewing beer to have a summer addiction to carry me thru til winter addiction kicks in. I have a feeling the home brewing won't slow down much after the snow flies :)

Primary- Milkhouse Oatmeal Stout
Secondary- Cologne Kolsch
Bottled- Black Bear Brown Ale
On Deck- Alaskan Amber clone (alt bier)

Welcome to the forum. My fiance wants a Siberean Husky in a few years, I don't plan on running it on a sled team though. You should brew some big beers to keep you and your clients warm on the tours!
