Green hops

I have a large bag of fresh hops. Tossed them in the deep freeze - do I need to do more in order to use them? I figure to use these to dry hop, I really don't have any analysis of these, so I don't know what the acid levels are. In addition to these I probably got some years worth of dried hops, they are in the freezer, too. I will get the analyses on those in a couple of weeks from the guy that gave me the hops.

But what do I do with this sackful of the fresh ones?

Fresh hops should be dried. Read this and do a Google search if you need more info. I would also search HBT - I would bet a beer there's a ton of info in here about hop processing and storage.
