I am new to the forum . Been brewing since 1998, after I got a great gift for Christmas "Home Brewing for Dummies" ( yes you read right :cross: ). I did a few batches, then took a 14 year break , and started back last October. I have really enjoyed getting back into brewing. I joined the forum to gain some knowledge, hear of others experiences, and perhaps share some of my own.
