So my wife tells me today, "I can't wait until we build a house so you can have a room for all your brew stuff". Mission accomplished!!
I'll start looking at house plans tomorrow. 3 bed/2 bath/1 brew room.

I'm getting the same thing beginning of next year. I found a builder that does 4 car garages with a second floor. I'm psyched, just waiting for next years tax refund and my bonus.

I'm thinking a walkout basement/patio with my storage area right next to it.. That way I can pull my brew equip out to the patio for brew day. I could also put my beer cellar in that room, run plumbing to it and have my bar right outside with my taps fed through the wall. I'm getting excited just thinking about it!!
