Grapple Wine

My Grapple Wine at 13% ABV . Mix of Red Grape Juice and Apple Juice 1,5 cups cane sugar and ec-1118 champagne yeast

Looks good. I did a similar cider last year with about 1/5 of the must consisting of vine picked and fresh pressed grapes and 4/5 fresh pressed apples. I fermented with EC-1118 and then added some FAJC at secondary to bump up the ABV a little bit.

It had a really nice white wine flavor to it.
