This is my second time brewing this recipe and it is excellent. I am not gluten free but my wife is celiac. I have tried all the gluten free beers that I have been able to locate locally and this is by far to best one yet. Best of all I brewed it my self.

I've made a Grapefruit IPA several times but not GF. I use Experimental Grapefruit hops and to get better control of the grapefruit flavor and avoid any bitterness I make a "tea" w/ the grapefruit zest at kegging time. I've found the Pink Grapefruit zest to be the most flavorful.

A fine recipe, I will give it a try. And that is one heck of a head to keep the beer from spilling out.

Takes about 14 days to reach FG. Then dry hop for 5 days. Two weeks in bottle to get a good carb.
