So I planned on brewing yesterday and I had my LHBS Crush my grains but life got in the way ( wife, kids, etc) now it looks like I won't be able to brew today. My question is how long after the grains have been crushed can I wait to brew. Right now it looks as though I won't be able to brew until next weekend, is that ok?

a year. I speak from experience. Probably not the best scenario, but the beer was still good. I've bigger demons to concern myself with that may influence my beers.

Yeah, if you have a Tupperware container, even better. Throw 'em in there in a cool, dry space & you'll be fine for quite some time....

Does your LHBS vacuum seal the grains after grinding? Mine does and I usually get them a few weeks in advance since they aren't close to home (so I stop in when I'm out that way.)
