I have seen a pretty big variation on how much salt and coriander to use for a Gose. I've seen anywhere from 0.25-0.75 oz of either for 5 gallons Does anyone have a good guide to go by or any experience?

I like 15g of each per 5 gallons. That amount of salt is just noticeable on the finish, like drinking a Gatorade. If anything, I might go slightly less.

Thanks for the reply, I am going to make 3 gallons so I'll scale it down to 9 grams each. Actually brewing a 5 gallon batch, but the other 2 will be diluted for a Berliner weisse.

Excellent! Let us know what you think at 3g/gallon - everyone's tastes are different but it's good to know what different folks think.
