I am planning my first lager, a Bohemian Pilsner.

I want to make it easier to get the right pitching rate so instead of using a starter and liquid yeast I want to use two packets of dry yeast.

Any recommendations?

You can use Saflager S-23 for a Bo Pilsener. At least that's what it says in Brewing Classic Styles. 21g of rehydrated yeast.

Saflager W34/70 - this is what ferments 90% of pilsners in Europe. 2 packets, to be sure.
