Just a few photos of my brew day thought someone might enjoy. Hop were a cascade hybrid grown organically in NY state.

straight fermentin @ 75deg
ABV ~%7 ( I need a hydrometer, i know. no gravity. =(
Belgian Ardenne WYEAST,
1.25 lbs Honey
8 lbs Pilsner Malt Extract

1oz 5
