Breakside. Hopworks, Double Mountain, Deschutes, Hair of the Dog.
Avoid McMenamin's and Rogue.
There are a bunch more similar threads on the Northwest Forum on Homebrewtalk for ideas too.

Check out Belmont Station bottle shop and NWIPA (a primarily IPA bar that always has a few interesting selections).

Guess it depends on the beer you like. That being said Stammtisch is my favorite place to go.

Great Notion. I actually enjoyed Ground Breaker, which is a gluten free brewery, the beers were very good. Culmination was good.

Great Notion, Breakside, Ex Novo, Hair of the Dog, are all pretty cool.

Touristy breweries are all located on Flanders on the Westside. - Rouge, 10 Barrel, Deschutes etc.

Check out pFriem's Pilsner. The brewery is outside of Portland, but it is easy to find all over Portland. Block 15 is an Oregon brewery, but not Portland. Try anything you can find from them in Portland- easy to find in bottle shops.

Other tips: Don't lick the stripper poles, and Salmon Safe Hop IPA pairs well with a Salmon Dinner.
