Gimme some Sugar!

I've already determined that my first batch is going to be almost a gallon shy.
That was detailed in another post.

This is a "kit beer", everything pre-measured and such.

When the bottling day comes, should I reduce the amount of sugar I use?

yes. reduce it by 20%
