Planning to build essentially a brew magic clone. Two tier RIMS with 3 50 litre kegs. I am currently cutting and polishing up my kegs.

Anyone got any advice? Like should I get a march or chugger pump? Are tri-clamps and all stainless steel really necessary? I have thought a lot about swapping out the balls valves down the road? Is that a giant hassle? What diameter pipe should I use to plumb everything together? Appreciate any thoughts.

Here's a pic of the keg I brought home the other day. It's kind of comical. When you find something good though you got to get it, no matter what vehicle you got.

Check out the keggle jig threads. Use a angle grinder, go slow, put a couple gallons of water in it, use rest and eye protection,

You can go weldless, welded, or soldered. Soldered is my preferred method because I don't have a welder.

1/2" fittings and tubing is standard

Check out Bobby m keggle polishing thread

new chugger pump is badass, but little giant pump is better, but more money.
