I decided to fire up the ol growlers for a hand at several different cider experiments. I have a pasteurized regular Apple juice in secondary with some cinnamon sticks. I have another cider in primary fermenting an apple juice that isn't filtered and 100%, just pasteurized. And I have a weird juice I found in the pantry, on deck to start fermenting as soon as the primary goes into secondary (to allow space between batches)

Spicing is a very personal thing, some like just cinnamon, some cinnamon and clove, some add nutmeg and/or allspice. I am not trying to be evasive; make what you like so you will like what you make.
