I decided to fire up the ol growlers for a hand at several different cider experiments. I have a pasteurized regular Apple juice in secondary with some cinnamon sticks. I have another cider in primary fermenting an apple juice that isn't filtered and 100%, just pasteurized. And I have a weird juice I found in the pantry, on deck to start fermenting as soon as the primary goes into secondary (to allow space between batches)
