After a four year hiatus, I am finally getting back into brewing.
We moved four times in the last three years, so wasn't really able to do any brewing. We are now settled into a new house...so it's on now.
I have a few extract kits under my belt. I use a 30 qt SS pot, do full boils, and have a homemade wort chiller. As soon as I get my mash tun built, I'll be moving on to AG, but for now, I have two extract kits to get me re-acquainted with the process. I hope to get both kits in the primaries this weekend.
I am also an avid BBQ'er, home coffee roaster, and a pipe smoker. Ther's something quite relaxing about smoking some ribs, having a nice smoke, and enjoying a home brew.
