Hello,
I've been reading this page for awhile now, this is my first post. Been brewing in bottles for a few years but just changed over to kegs for christmas. With the summer we are having in Australia at the moment those 20litre kegs are'nt lasting too long either. My brewing is simple using the K&K method (kit&kilo) does the job over summer brewing lighter beers like the blondes, pilsners and wheats. I have about 100litres in secondary waiting for their roll call over Christmas and New Year. Anyway happy brewing

Cheers to all
And may your glasses never be empty

I keep wanting to get down there for the Australian International Beer Awards. Of course, I only have to drive 45 minutes to drink the last two Grand Champions, so it isn't too bad.

Thank you everyone,
I just kegged a wheat with saaz, a light tasting beer with a terrific aroma. I can't beleive this is'nt more popular where I am. My beer is tasting better than the crap they sell at the shops. And when my mates come around, I have to pull another out of secondary to keep my kegs flowing. No complaints though. I love it

Cheers to all
And may your glasses never be empty

I have two Saaz Wheats on tap at the moment myself. One is a Pacific Amercian version, which is nise and crisp, with a clean flavor, and the other is a German version with just a slight clove/banana aromas and flavor.

Welcome to the forum, and good brewin to ya!
