1 gallon Hawaiian pizza cider (pineapple, jalapeno, bacon)!

7.5 + 1 = 8.5

1 gallon cranberry, thyme cider. Should be drinking well by Thanksgiving!

16.5 + 1 = 17.5

11.5 gal kegged from batch started 2 Jan 25 with SafCider AB-1 and Brodhecker farm fresh pressed apple juice.
14.6 gal kegged from batch started 1 feb 25 on same yeast cake from previous batch.
23 gal to fermenters early March 2025 on same yeast cake from previous batches. Starting to cold crash now to keg.

Made 2 gal caramel Jalepeno cider from first batch.
Made 5 gal caramel pineapple cider during second batch.
11.5 + 14.6 + 23 + 33.5 = 82.6 Gal year to date.

Howdy! Three gallons a week, eighteen weeks = 54 gallons. Add maybe two for some special stuff I let age longer. Walmart juice, EC-1118. Different yeast for the two specials.

87.6 + 56 = 143.6

I've made 14 gallons of cider so far this year. 10 elderflower & lime, 1 gallon of ginger, and 3 gallons of peach. Fingers crossed that I am able to get enough apples to make another 10 gallons.

161.45 + 14 = 175.45
