Anyone have experience with this? How did your beer turn out? This is my first year growing hops and I easily have enough cascades for a wet hopped pale or ipa. The plan is bitter with pellets and use the cascades off the vine to contnually hop the beer as I pick them. I'd like to leave some on the vine for dry or keg hopping a couple weeks after brew day but am concerned about the beer turning out too grassy or getting bugs in the fermenter.
