I was curious my local orchard is about it close up shop for the season and has some cider left for about the next week or so. I was wondering if freezing them is a bad idea or will cause any problems?
I wouldnt mind getting in one last batch but I dont really have enough bottles and other supplies ready to go yet.I should in another 2 weeks but I would freeze them if this wouldnt be a problem?
Has anyone done this before?

You can take advantage of the thawing to concentrate the juice, keep taking sg readings, you should know what the original juice starts off at before freezing, the sugar solution part will drip out first, when enough comes out and is at a higher sg than when you started you can make a richer cider, if you go extreme you can make an ice cider from it.
