Malt & hops for a Vienna lager arrived from More Beer today. When I opened the box there was a 3 pound pouch of Oregon Fruit peach puree sitting on top. Checked my order, all accounted for - so I have a peachy freebie!

"What the hell I'm gonna do with this?" I thought. Suggestions?

Brew a Peach Wheat beer. I’ve never made one but have had a commercial example; the peach flavor was noticeable but not overpowering. I’ve seen a few recipes that were just a basic American Wheat or Weissbier with the purée added in the last 5-10 minutes of the boil.

If you don’t want to brew with it you could use as a topping for ice cream, I suppose.🍦🍨

Small batch of peach mead?

I think I might put the whole pouch in a 5 gallon batch of Centennial Blonde. Shouldn't boil tho, that will destroy flavor. It is aseptically packaged so it can go right into primary at day 3 or so. Hmmmm...
That may be too early., blowing off too much flavor/aroma compounds.
I'd add it as a "secondary" fermentation, when the main event has about finished.

I understand what you're saying, but after 3 days my Centennial Blonde with US-05 is about 80-90% of the way to FG in a conical. Is that about right then?
