Hey Everyone,
I picked up some Franco-Belges Caramel Munich 60 with a mind to use it in a wheat beer this weekend. I'm thinking equal amounts wheat and 2-Row, plus 7% of this specialty malt. Has anyone used it before? If so, how much and how did it work out for you?
