I really tried to make it legible.

Black cans are the "Thiols" pale ale. Burning label is Vitus the Elder. There are 2 ESB and one that says "Kilt" is the barrel aged wee heavy. The one with the pretty label is the 14% Samichlaus clone. And then the last one says "Paraboloid".

Hope you enjoy them.

drank all of @DrGMG offerings and they were great. This was my favorite, a thiolozed pale ale. Thiolozed yeast can completely overshadow a beer but this was really well done and the increased thiols are present but reserved enough to allow other character in the beer shine through. Very pleasant Sauvignon blanc character. Well done.

I am waiting for my lager to finish bottle conditioning to ship, but it should be this weekend as most of the acetaldehyde (sp???) seems to be gone.
