I have 2 vials of liquid yeast I got yesterday from the LHBS and I forgot to refrigerate them! I am planning on brewing today, so it would have been out of the fridge for 24 hours. I am brewing a high alcohol stout, about 10%. I also have a pack of yeast nutrition powder called "Super Ferment" that I am going to add when it goes into the primary.

I am hoping it will be okay to just use what I've got. I've never used a starter before so I am hoping to not have to do it for the first time on brew day!

Thank you!

:D

That should be fine. The viability will still at least close to 90%. Yeast is commonly shipped without any refrigeration by home brew distributors in all but the hottest months on the year. I would count on the two vials containing a total of 200 billion cells. And yes, open them slowly.
