After fermenting for a couple weeks I've noticed my Belgian Strong is cloudier than it usually is at this stage. Then I realized what happened: I forgot to add Whirlfloc to the boil. d'oh! ![Eek! :eek: :eek:](data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7)
My thought is that when I reach the point where I would normally bottle, I can move the beer into a secondary and add gelatin to clear the beer.
Does anybody else have any ideas they would suggest?
