Ok, so I'm still working on my first 2 kegs since I built the kegerator(2 taps). My stout has been pouring beautifully until recently, it's been about a month and a half since it was built, but now I am getting 1/4 cup of beer and 3/4 cup of foam :( I used to pour down the side til about 1/2 full and then straight down the middle and end up with the perfect 2 fingers on top, but no more!

I'm not sure how to judge the amount of beer left, but it is possible I am getting to the bottom of the keg, would this excessive foam be caused by low volume in the keg, and if so, how do I compensate for it?

Note: line lenght and pressure have been constant since I tapped the keg.
 
Lower the regulator pressure and use your pressure relief valve to off-gas excess pressure, or get a longer beer line. Chances are that it simply wasn't 100% carbonated when you first started pouring it.
 
If it has been working well in the past, sounds like you just need to turn down the co2 pressure and vent the keg......... or drink faster!
 
What pressure/temp are you keeping your beer at? I have found the best results with around 8-9 psi at exactly 35 degrees. While this is a little cold for my tastes, it certainly keeps the foaming to a minimum.
 
Ok, dropped the pressure down to 9 PSI and vented the keg until I heard the CO2 regulator kick in again, and it's pouring normally again. Just tossed the thermometer back in the fridge to check the temp. I had it set at 14 PSI assuming 40F, so I'm wondering if my fridge got colder than when I last tested the temp(day after I built the kegerator).
