My follow up question was going to be exactly that. Thanks!
Ditto. I order some off Amazon due to tube turning colors and but I must have measured wrong. I got 3/16 ID and 5/16 OD and it just barely fit through the keg holes and was stiff. I found this tubing, 5mmID/7mmOD, that works like a charm and is more flexible than the 5/16.

I've never had a problem but i regularly replace the tubing

Its pretty damn cheap on Amazon

Quickun Pure Silicone Tubing, 5mm ID x 7mm OD High Temp Food Grade Tube Pure Silicone Hose Tube for Home Brewing, Beer Line, Kegerator, Wine Making, Aquaponics, Air Hose by Proper Pour (16.4 Ft) https://a.co/d/5teSI88

Trong who makes flotit told me this is the exact tubing he uses

I'm curious as to whether anyone has had any issue with the tubing staying on. These attach to a tapered about (1 cm maybe) end. Maybe I'm just being overly paranoid but I feel like I can't help but wonder how secure that is. I understand its floating and thus not really bearing any weight, but I think I'd sleep a little better at night if I could slide the tubing at least an inch or so up the steel. 🤷‍♂️
I’ve had the tubing slip off the dip tube a few times. Usually right after installation when the tube is still wet with starsan. Now I tend to put the tubing in and wait a minute to be sure it’s holding before I button things up.

That’s a totally different issue than the clogging which I just experienced again this weekend with a massive 1oz of dry hops. It took 7-8 psi of pressure to get any kind of flow out of my fermenter into a keg.

I want to like this thing but boy it keeps making that difficult.

I regularly use 6oz to 8oz of dry hops and never an issue transfer from my fermzilla to keg. Generally, I'll crash it a few degrees to encourage most of it settings out.

Occasionally if it's gotten clogged, I hook up my gas to the liquid side and blow out whatever was clogging it

With a lot of hops you may need to go slow

My tubing came off the Flotit on my last keg fill. When I opened the keg for filling the next batch, the floating dip tube disconnected from the tube. I reconnected it and prayed that it it would hold. It's still carbing, so I don't know if it worked.
