I have a hop stoopid clone that came out a little floral and has tons of head retention. I fermented in primary for around 2 weeks, then racked for 2 weeks the dry hopped for 5 days, cold crashed for 2 days and then bottled. I bottled around 3 weeks ago. Soapy a little bit, bitter and floral like a lot. Do you think that there is a reason , other than the crap load of hops per recipe that these off flavors came out. Or maybe I'm just confusing the hops with these flavors. I did however ferment at around 76-77 degrees the whole time. Couldn't get my house cool enough in the California LA Sun. Any thoughts....

also if anyone has a good link to an off flavors cause/effect/avoid chart or list would be awesome. I already have the John Palmer chart. I was wondering if there was a more in depth cause and effect and how to avid list for each off flavor. THANKS LIKE ALWAYS!

My high hop beers are the only ones that brought out a "bandaid" flavor in my brews before I moved.
