Hello all-
I'm on my third batch of cider and I'm looking for flavoring ideas. My first couple batches were simple ciders with berry concentrate juice added at the end. Residual yeast made for good carbonation after a couple of weeks. Any suggestions for successful flavors/juices added during kegging?
 
Ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, caraway seed, anise/licorice, cranberry, crab apples, raisins, orange zest, clove, allspice, honey, various crystal malts, molasses, brown sugar, various teas.

If you use spices, use whole, cracked or sliced. Avoid using powdered. Contain them in a hop sack & weigh it down with sanitized marbles.
