Hey Folks,
This is my fifth brew and my lady wanted a peach beer (let's be honest, I love fruit beer, too). I'm following a hybrid recipe between <https://www.homebrewtalk.com/f75/coastarines-peach-wheat-106322/> and <https://www.homebrewtalk.com/f75/peach-wheat-82544/>. The ingredients I've used are 6.6lbs of Wheat LME, 1lb of orange blossom honey, 1oz. of hallertau hops and US-05 yeast. Both recipes require 7 days in the primary at 68. So far, it has had 6 days in the primary at 63-65 for the first 5 days and 72ish for the 6th. I'm wondering if I need to give the wort more time in the primary to finish fermenting or if that is irrelevant as it is going into a secondary. Should I be checking the gravity to ensure it is complete before I transfer or is the 7 days specific to some other time table?
Thanks!

Just keep checking the gravity. When its solid for 3 days rack to secondary over the peaches (or extract).
