Spooned this off the top of two different batches (one about 3 days into primary, the other about 6 days, both batches I had used 2nd generation US-05, previously harvested from yeast cake).

It's been in the fridge for a couple days now, but still have huge clumps in suspension.

Keeping in mind it was top-cropped, is the stuff that settled healthier, or vice versa...or neither?

I would say minus any hop oils or other shenanigans that came along with the yeast, all of it is good. Top cropping should get you very healthy very active yeast. I would grow the whole thing up and pitch it. It has all settled probably because it is in the fridge.
