Hello all;

This is my third time brewing at home and I decided to try the California Steam from Midwest using Wyeast. Everthing went well on brew day, but after 2 days I have yet to see any activity in the airlock. The Wyest packed puffed up well and I chilled the wort down to 65 degrees which is the lower end of what was recommended on the package.

Any ideas what may be going on? Should I bring the wort up a couple of degrees, or is it normal that no activity would be seen in the airlock yet.

Thanks :mug:
Steve

Leave it alone, check gravity in a couple more days. You can check now if you want. There are a few threads around here, with full ferments which barely made a bubble.
